Ministry Programs
The Warm Hands, Warm Hearts program began Thu, Jan. 1 and continues through Sat, Feb 28Thank you for your support!!
Thank you to all for your continued generosity to Mary’s Hope food pantry.  Special thanks to the Santas who provided the Christmas stockings, goody bags, and donations to buy food for all our recipients.  Unfortunately in February we may have to move the pantry once again.  We are in need of a small room with heat and access to store food, pack bags, and receive occasional deliveries.  please contact Rich or Suzanna at 845-561-5162 if you know of a room that may be available.  Thank you!

Food needs for January:
Week 1:  Tuna, canned meat, or other type of fish
Week 2:  Canned fruit
Week 3:  Spaghetti & sauce
Week 4:  Peanut butter& jelly
Thank you letters sent by recipients of food from Mary’s Hope:

I am a grandmother living with my daughter and her new baby. Our rent is very high and after we pay it and the utilities there is not much left to buy food. I got a whole box of baby food from you which we could use. The food we get from your food pantry lasts a long time. N., Newburgh

I am a 94 year old gentleman. I had a car so I could go out and get food. I had to give my car up because I am in poor health. The food that they bring helps because I don’t always have someone that can go shopping for me.
H., Newburgh

I am 76 and have been in poor health for several years. Many times I am not able to get out to go shopping. I don’t have family nearby. The doctor told me I have cancer in my lung and have to have an operation. The food I get is a great help and I know when I come out of the hospital and come home I will be able to get food from the food pantry.
